These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ss9 ("ss9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ss9.cam ("Platform", "Website"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account with ss9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ss9 does not permit players under 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You have not previously had an ss9 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law and where such prohibition is enforceable against individual players.
• You are acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment, not as an agent or proxy for another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an ss9 employee or contractor.

Malaysian Players: ss9 acknowledges that online gambling occupies a complex legal status in Malaysia under the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. ss9 operates under international licensing and does not hold any domestic Malaysian gaming licence. Malaysian players access the Platform at their own risk and bear sole responsibility for ensuring their use of ss9 complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

4.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered Account on ss9 at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

ss9 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be requested to provide the following documentation as part of the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo ID: Malaysian MyKad, driving licence, or valid international passport.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months, showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your ID document with your face clearly visible.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. ss9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ss9 accepts no liability for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify ss9 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account.

All deposits on ss9 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ss9 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and all DuitNow-connected institutions)
• FPX Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other FPX-enabled Malaysian banks
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) — converted to MYR at prevailing rates at the time of deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of RM100. ss9 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

ss9 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in your own name and registered in the same name as your ss9 Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for standard methods.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of funds associated with a bonus is permitted.

6.1 Processing Times

ss9 targets the following withdrawal processing times, subject to verification status and volume:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Under 5 minutes in most cases
• DuitNow: Typically instant to 15 minutes
• FPX bank transfers: 5 to 15 minutes under normal conditions
• Direct bank wire: 15 to 60 minutes

Processing times are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to enhanced due diligence requirements, payment provider maintenance, or applicable regulatory holds. ss9 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account settings. VIP tier players may benefit from elevated limits as part of their tier benefits. ss9 reserves the right to impose additional limits at its discretion where warranted by responsible gambling considerations or fraud prevention requirements.

ss9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements vary by offer and range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. The specific requirement for each offer is stated at the time of claiming.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period specified per offer (typically 14 to 30 days).
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports bets generally contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute between 10% and 100% depending on the variant. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual offer terms.
• ss9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with notice provided where operationally practicable.

ss9 offers wagering on sports markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and over 50 other sports), live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, roulette), and RNG-certified slot games. The following general rules apply to all wagering on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ss9 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a Wager has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a system error, technical fault, or manifest pricing error, ss9 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes. ss9 will not honour payouts based on clearly erroneous odds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per game, as displayed on the Platform at the time of wagering.
• ss9 reserves the right to limit the maximum potential payout on any single Wager at its discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at ss9's discretion, including in connection with significant match events.
• All RNG casino games are independently tested for fairness. RTP percentages for each slot title are displayed on the game information page.

Specific rules for individual sports, leagues (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL), and casino game variants are published in the game-specific rules section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ss9 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or the use of proceeds of criminal activity to fund your Account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain winnings that would not otherwise be obtainable.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players.
• Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Any conduct that ss9 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward Platform staff or other players.

Where ss9 reasonably suspects any of the above, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your Account, withhold all pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

All content on the ss9 Platform — including but not limited to the ss9 brand name, logo, website design, game content, software, text, graphics, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of ss9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without ss9's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ss9, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from system downtime, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond ss9's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements, bonus terms, or KYC obligations.
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment provider, including delays or errors in payment processing by Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or any other payment partner.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ss9's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ss9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of elapsed session time.

ss9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of criminal funds.
• Multiple account registration.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Access from a jurisdiction where ss9 is prohibited from offering services.

Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, ss9 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting ss9 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ss9's operating licence is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.

ss9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for regulatory compliance, security reasons, or legal obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
